However, we do accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or missing items, provided the conditions mentioned below are met.
1. No Exchanges / No Returns
We do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a valid issue with the product.
2. Returns Eligibility – Valid Video Proof Required
A return can be initiated only if a valid unboxing video is provided as per the guidelines below:
Video Recording Requirement:
The customer must record a 360-degree unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
The video must show all four sides of the sealed parcel before opening.
The front tracking ID (shipping label) must be clearly visible in the video.
The video must be continuous and unedited from start to finish. Do not pause, stop, or cut the recording.
The video must capture the unboxing, including cutting the seal and checking the jewellery inside.
Conditions for Accepting Returns:
If the jewellery is broken, damaged, or any part is missing, and the damage/missing piece is clearly shown in the unboxing video.
The video must be clear and well-lit, ensuring all details are visible.
3. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
If a valid unboxing video is not provided.
If the jewellery is mishandled or damaged while opening.
If the product has been used, worn, or tampered with after delivery.
If the video is unclear, edited, or does not meet the guidelines above.

🔹 We recommend handling jewellery with both hands while opening the package to prevent accidental breakage. 🔹 Do not twist, pull, or apply force to delicate pieces, especially long chains, while unboxing. 🔹 Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a valid video proof.
